  • Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO, insofar as we are subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations.
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO in the event that vital interests of you or another natural person make it necessary to process personal data.
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO applies on the basis of our legitimate interests, e.g. when using service providers as part of order processing, such as shipping service providers or when carrying out statistical surveys and analyses and logging registration procedures. Our interest is directed towards the use of a user-friendly, appealing and secure presentation as well as optimization of our web offer, which serves both our business interests and meets your expectations.


When passing on your personal data, we always ensure the highest possible level of security. Therefore, your data will only be passed on to carefully selected and contractually obligated service providers and partner companies. In addition, your data will only be forwarded by us to entities that are located within the European Economic Area and are therefore subject to the strict EU data protection law or are obligated to maintain a corresponding level of protection. A transfer of data to third countries does not currently take place and is not planned.

    For the operation and optimization of our websites and our services and for the execution of contracts, various service companies work for us, e.g. for the hosting of our websites, for the delivery of products. For the uniform display of fonts, our websites use so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, stored locally on our server and integrated into the website. Thus, no connection to third-party servers outside the European Economic Area is established and your IP address is not transmitted in the process. When calling up the websites, your browser loads the embedded web fonts into browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. Our websites use the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website.
